To me, letter writing is the most meaningful way to send a message to someone. It may be rather out of fashion in the world we live in now, however, there is still a special power and sentiment that goes into hand writing something in a letter in comparison to a text or email. In this First Year Seminar letter writing course, I hope to improve my writing skills overall, as well as learn more about letters and how their purpose has changed over time.
My Writing Process:
One of the things I really enjoy about my writing process is how I organize myself. I like to start with little pieces at a time, and then put all my writing together to create something bigger for my final product. I would most like to improve the flow of my writing, as well as broaden my vocabulary and transition words to better my writing.
